Have a German Shephard/dobe mix.  She has a large lipoma on her front leg.  Do I have it removed?  She had a growth on her elbow which she chewed off.  She can't chew the lipoma off I don't think because it's under her skin.  I'm worried that the lipoma will grow into her bone and then she will lick it to death.  Thanks.
